News about Youth Kollektiv

We’ve just set up a Trust called Youth Kollektiv. It is recognised by HMRC as a small charity with the tax reference XT26356. Next year, under Youth Kollektiv, we’ll be working with a group of young people between the ages of 15 and 16 yrs from Manchester Young Lives’ A6 Project in Longsight. They will be working on an Arts Award music technology and video project. Our young people will write and produce their own music and they will also shoot videos to accompany their songs all as part of their National Bronze Arts Award portfolio. The programme will introduce them to the world of the recording studio and video production. We will also be working with Keir Stewart of Inch Studios and Moolah Rouge.

So keep an eye out for regular blogs on their progress and also snippets of their work, next year.
